Bedroom 1 (King)  : £80 per room per night, including breakfast, based on 2 people sharing and with an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2 (Twin): £80 per room per night including breakfast based on 2 people sharing and with an ensuite shower room.
Family suite  : £140 per night, including breakfast, based on up to 4 people booking bedrooms 1 and 2 and sharing an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 3 (Double) : £80 per room per night, including breakfast, based on 2 people sharing and with an ensuite bathroom.

Please note that at weekends bookings are for a minimum of two nights.
Single occupancy of any bedroom is £60 per room per night, including breakfast.
Stays between 29th December and 4th January are for a minimum of two nights and cost £100 per night in any room except for the family suite which is £180 per night

Deposit

A 50% (minimum £50) deposit is required for all bookings and this may be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
Please note that the balance of the booking is payable on departure and is by cash or most credit cards.

Cancellations

 If you cancel your booking 21 days or more ahead of your proposed arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge and your deposit will be returned in full less a £10 administration fee.


If you cancel after this time we regret that your deposit will be non-refundable.
